At the South Bend, Ind. facility, you can fabricate better performing gears using CNC precision-critical machines and state-of-the-art CNC or Swiss-style lathes.

The Roscoe, Ill., plant, which is equipped to produce smaller volumes of large gears, recently invested in a Taiyo Koki CNC I.D.-O.D. grinder, Gleason 400H hobber and P600/800 ES shaping machine. This gives us greater flexibility and accuracy to meet whatever large gear challenge you send our way.
