Built to help your ground support and towing vehicles carry three different weight options with exceptionally quiet ease. The Model 30E heavy-duty electric axle is your chance to make your vehicle stand out in your market. This next-generation axle’s load capacities are 2,200, 3,500 and 5,000 lbs (1000, 1590 and 2270 kg). Each has been extensively tested to prove its dependable performance.

    • Bar stock axle shafts with bolt-on hubs
    • 160 mm drum brakes available (hydraulic or mechanical)
  • 3,500-lbs.(1590 kg) axle
    • Flanged axle shafts
    • 7” (177.8mm) drum brakes available (hydraulic or mechanical)
  • 5,000-lbs.(2270 kg) axle
    • Flanged axle shafts
    • Brake bracketry. The customer supplies caliper brakes and rotors.
  • High-efficiency, quiet helical gearbox with hypoid reduction
  • Available ratios from 15.27 to 29.69
  • Output torque rating (forward): maximum 550 ft.-lbs. (746Nm) continuous; 1,600 ft.-lbs.(2,169Nm) intermittent
  • Output torque rating (reverse): maximum 350 ft.-lbs. (475Nm) continuous; 1,200 ft.-lbs.(1,627Nm) intermittent
  • Designed to accept electric motors.
  • Wheel mounting options: 4 on 4” (101.6mm) B.C.; 5 on 4.5” (114.3mm) B.C.
  • Extended input shaft and casing standard for the electromagnetic brake system.
